ASME U Stamp Certified SS316L High Pressure Jacketed Reactor – built for critical chemical synthesis and high-pressure processing where safety, durability, and regulatory compliance are essential.

Designed and fabricated to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC), each vessel bears the ASME U Stamp – a globally recognized mark of quality and traceability. Complete documentation includes Manufacturer's Data Report, U-1A form, MTR per EN 10204 3.1/3.2, and NDE records.

Material: SS316L (1.4404) – outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress cracking; ideal for aggressive chemicals, chlorides, acidic media, and high-purity compounds.

Key features:

High pressure rating – customizable (e.g., 100 bar / 1450 psi+), with hydrostatic proof testing
Jacketed heating/cooling – dimple, half-pipe, or conventional jacket; works with thermal oil, steam, or chilled water
