CE PED 2014/68/EU Certified Sanitary SS316L Reactor – a high-pressure & full-vacuum rated unit for pharmaceutical, biochemical, and fine chemical applications requiring strict hygienic conditions.

Made entirely of SS316L (1.4404), all product-contact surfaces are finished to sanitary standards (Ra ≤ 0.4μm, electropolished), ensuring corrosion resistance, CIP/SIP compatibility, and no bacterial retention.

CE PED 2014/68/EU certification (Cat. I–IV) validates safety for both high pressure (up to 100 bar+) and full vacuum (down to 1 mbar abs), with full technical documentation – essential for EU market installation.

The chemical jacket (dimple, half-pipe, or conventional) enables efficient uniform heating/cooling via thermal oil, steam, or chilled water. Optional internal coil and agitation allow precise temperature control for reactions, crystallization, distillation, and vacuum drying.

Applications: pharmaceutical synthesis, sterile API, high-pressure hydrogenation under vacuum, solvent recovery.
